Smoke simulation in an HDR panorama environment
A fluid-simulation is implemented in Autodesk Maya using Pyhton and the PYMEL library
which provides access to the Maya built-in MEL-script API through Phython. The fluid-solver
is based on Jos Stams Stable Fluids in which the Navie-Stokes equation is used to describe the
motion of the fluid.
The resulting simulation is rendered within Maya in an HDR panorama environment using Maya’s
Image Based Lighting Node.
